In 2023 the buildings were updated, modernizing this already wonderful property. Newly installed efficient, easy to operate Rinnai heaters in almost every room of this home making winter getaways cozy and warm. Our interior designer appointed every space to satisfy the needs of adults and kids alike. The property has a total of 11 bedrooms (with two additional lofts) and 10.5 bathrooms which can accommodate 30+ people. This venue is unlike any other on the Northern California coast, affording superior privacy while being just a 10 minute drive from the quaint town of Mendocino and surrounded by multiple state parks perfect for hiking, canoeing and kayaking.
Your rental includes the entire 7 acre property for a minimum of 3 days and 3 nights to use however it suits you. There is lodging for 30+ guests in the main house and 3 adjacent cottages. With 11 bedrooms, 4 additional rooms for sleeping, 10 ½ bathrooms, your quests will enjoy comfort and privacy. The grounds have ample places to gather with adirondack chairs, a fire pit and room to roam.
