Perfect for weddings and large group gatherings, the property has waterfront access and an expansive yard with spectacular ocean views from the houses as well. With a main house and three additional private cottages, the property sleeps 30+ people with 11 bedrooms, 2 additional rooms for sleeping, and 10.5 baths. Each house has a kitchen, living areas and private decks and patios off almost every room, perfect for morning coffee or watching the sunset in the evening. Adirondack chairs and a fire pit on the lawn will find you gathering to enjoy the coastal evenings of the Mendocino Coast. Pets are welcome. Indoor fireplaces add to the charm surrounded by activities from board games and books to a piano and children’s playroom. WiFi is accessible throughout with dedicated work spaces for those wanting to work remotely. There is plenty of parking on site with security cameras. Houses are not rented separately, so your group will enjoy complete privacy. This venue is unlike any other on the Northern California coast.
Main House
Offering incomparable privacy, the main house at Fensalden, offers a total of 6 bedrooms, all ensuite (full bath in each room), a separate TV room w/pull out queen couch and the two room wedding suite also includes a pull out sofa. With 4 separate living areas, some with fireplaces, there is plenty of space for everyone to partake in their activities from, playing games, doing puzzles, reading or watching TV. The large kitchen allows for preparing everything from casual breakfast to gourmet dining to be enjoyed in separate dining areas. There are decks and patios off almost every living area and bedroom, perfect for enjoying coastal views.
Albion House
This 1500 sq ft, 2 bedroom, 1 bath home offers an incredible view from the patio with two living areas and a large well equipped kitchen. Light and bright, the Albion House also has a pull out queen sofa in the second living area. Perfect for a small family or up to six people.
Redwood House
A Mendocino gem! Aptly named "The Redwood House" this incredibly private cottage offers a small bedroom with a queen bed, two sleeping lofts, a large living area, quaint kitchen and 1 full bathroom with tub and separate walk in shower. The large deck is perfect for quiet evenings or morning coffee.
Tower House
Adjacent to the Main House, the Tower House can be included to increase the living areas to a total of 8 bedrooms and 8.5 baths. This house also includes a comfortable living area with vaulted ceilings, a beautiful kitchen and a patio with a view for enjoying mornings or evening sunsets.
